Hi guys,

I purchased a Golf Buddy World from you back in March this year and am thrilled with the unit. Receiving it with a lot of goodies too such as vouchers and these great Titleist golf balls really made it extra special when my partner handed it to me on my birthday.
This really is just a follow up email to say thank you for your efforts. Thanks to the turnaround on the warranty I received due to a technical issue with the signal, the efficiency was superb, taking a matter of days rather than weeks for it to be resolved.
I note that a golfer at the local club did this via one of your competitors who in-turn sent it off to the company and it took weeks for them to initially state the repair required on the unit, where as you guys simply sent me a brand new one days later.
